eCMR indexing is a Baltic-Nordic-Polish cooperation project:
cooperation and concept, architecture and testing for the eCMR and in the future eFTI dataset exchange and visibility to partners and competent authorities without the need of having an international central database.
In 2018/2019 the concept was evolved
2019, first round of funding was secured and DIGINNO-Proto project was initiated.
In 2020 the prototype version 1 was developed and tested in the Baltics and Poland. Besides testing of the protoype’s technical functioning, stakeholder cooperation, partner and competent authorities’ readiness was mapped.
In 2021, the prototype was upgraded to version 2 and testing took place with more than original countries included. Besides testing the solution, the architecture and processes were tested.
In 2022, the further upgrade of the prototype will be made…
